Investir em im\u00f3veis \u00e9 seguro e rent\u00e1vel, a melhor forma de obter bons resultados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quando falamos em <a href=\"https:\/\/g1.globo.com\/sp\/sao-jose-do-rio-preto-aracatuba\/mercado-imobiliario-do-interior\/noticia\/2019\/01\/29\/investir-em-imoveis-e-uma-boa-opcao-para-2019-dizem-especialistas.ghtml\">mercado imobili\u00e1rio<\/a>, nada melhor do que n\u00fameros para comprovar. No \u00faltimo dia 26 de agosto, a <a href=\"https:\/\/economia.uol.com.br\/noticias\/estadao-conteudo\/2019\/08\/26\/mercado-imobiliario-tem-alta-de-118-em-lancamentos-e-de-16-em-vendas-diz-cbic.htm\">C\u00e2mara Brasileira da Ind\u00fastria da Constru\u00e7\u00e3o (CBIC)<\/a> apresentou um relat\u00f3rio mostrando que os lan\u00e7amentos e as vendas aumentaram no segundo trimestre de 2019 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao mesmo per\u00edodo do ano passado, como resultado da redu\u00e7\u00e3o do estoque de im\u00f3veis residenciais novos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ainda conforme o levantamento da CBIC, os lan\u00e7amentos de im\u00f3veis tamb\u00e9m cresceram: subiram 11,8% e atingiram 30.607 unidades. As vendas tiveram acr\u00e9scimo de 16% e chegaram ao n\u00famero de 32.813 unidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pode-se perceber que houve um aumento maior de vendas do que lan\u00e7amentos, por isso o estoque (im\u00f3veis na planta, em obras e rec\u00e9m-constru\u00eddos), diminuiu 8,7%. Est\u00e1 dispon\u00edvel desde o \u00faltimo dia 26 de agosto, a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.metrojornal.com.br\/foco\/2019\/08\/26\/caixa-novo-credito-imobiliario-financiamento-inflacao.html\">linha de cr\u00e9dito imobili\u00e1rio<\/a> atualizada pela infla\u00e7\u00e3o da <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caixa.gov.br\/voce\/habitacao\/Paginas\/default.aspx?utm_source=home_caixa&amp;utm_medium=institucional&amp;utm_campaign=habitacao&amp;utm_content=ha0160\">Caixa Econ\u00f4mica Federal<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voc\u00ea sabe como funciona?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 simples! Todavia, J\u00e1 no sistema novo, a taxa cai para pelo menos 2,95%, e 0,24% ao m\u00eas, e a primeira parcela fica em R$ 1.860. Mas, cuidado!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9 preciso levar em conta a corre\u00e7\u00e3o monet\u00e1ria. A TR tem, em seu c\u00e1lculo, um redutor muito forte.
